I know that I can be a valued member of your organization, as I am very comfortable in communicating and establishing a culture that is centered on the core values of the organization that ultimately show deep care for each youth and staff member. I have worked in the Baltimore City Public School System for two years. My responsibilities includes, promoting positive student behavior through character development, while providing appropriate and effective consequences for negative behavior during school or school-sponsored function.
I would like to work in a position not just as an employee but as a man who has a duty to inspire others. I will continue to uphold my mission for improving the lives of underserved populations and others while creating an environment that is conducive to learning.
I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science/Public Administration and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership Doctoral Program at Morgan State University.
